These terms govern your use of the Wallington Academy website and online platform. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover use of the website and platform. They are separate from the terms of any tutoring agreement you enter into with Wallington Academy, which set out fees, scheduling, cancellation and similar arrangements. If there is any conflict on tutoring matters, the tutoring agreement takes precedence.
1. About us
This website is operated by Wallington Academy, a tutoring centre based in Wallington, Surrey, established in 1999. You can contact us at info@wallingtonacademy.co.uk.
2. Using the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with learning about, enquiring about or arranging tutoring with Wallington Academy. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the platform, any account, or any system or data behind them;
- interfere with the proper working of the site, or attempt to bypass its security measures;
- use any automated system to access, copy or scrape the site without our permission; or
- submit false information, or content that is abusive, harmful or unlawful.
3. Accounts
Some parts of the platform require an account. Accounts are intended for parents, guardians and staff. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are breached or to protect the security of the platform or its users.
4. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry or a booking request through the site is not by itself a binding agreement for tutoring. A tutoring place is confirmed only once we have agreed it with you. We aim to respond to enquiries promptly but do not guarantee a specific response time.
5. Information on the site
We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, including details of subjects, programmes and indicative pricing. However, information is provided for general guidance only and may change. Indicative prices are not a quotation; exact fees are confirmed with you directly. Reviews shown on the site reflect the views of the individuals who left them.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, design, graphics, the Wallington Academy name and logo, and learning materials — belongs to Wallington Academy or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, republish or exploit the content without our written permission.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the website and platform available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the site for maintenance, security or operational reasons, and we will try to give reasonable notice where we can.
8. Third-party links and services
The site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example payment providers or external review platforms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites. Use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s own terms.
9. Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so — this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud. Subject to that, the website and platform are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, and we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss arising from your failure to keep your account details secure. 11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies. We will revise the “last updated” date when we make changes, and significant changes will be made clear on the website. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
